Founded by Maxine Lobban and Gael Laidman, MWG Solutions Group brings together decades of experience in Human Resources, leadership, coaching, financial education, and business development. While our professional backgrounds are diverse, we've always shared the same passion: helping people recognize their potential, overcome obstacles, and create lives and businesses they are proud of.

Throughout our careers, we saw individuals and organizations searching for support, often receiving isolated solutions that addressed only one piece of the puzzle. We believed there was a better way.
